Privacy Policy

When you ask for a consultation, we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• how many transactions you closed in the last 12 months
• whether you agree to be contacted by phone, text and email, and the wording you agreed to
• anything else you tell us when we talk

When you visit, we and our service providers collect information about your visit: the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location (from your IP address), and how you arrived, such as the site that referred you, the ad you clicked (for example Google’s “gclid” click ID) and campaign tags in the link.

We collect this with cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. We also keep the ad click ID and campaign details in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days, so that a consultation request made on a later visit can be credited to the ad that brought you.

If you agree, we may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of joining Nizz Realty.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads to measure which of our ads lead to consultation requests. Google may also use this information to show our ads to people who have visited this site.

When you send a consultation request, we send Google a hashed (one-way encrypted) copy of your email address and phone number, so that Google can match the request to an ad you interacted with. This is called enhanced conversions. Google receives them from us in hashed form only, and uses them under its own policies.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube, which is also Google’s. A video loads from YouTube only when you press play, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may then collect information about your viewing under Google’s policies.

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Clarity records how you use the pages: where you tap or click, how far you scroll, and a replay of your visit. It masks what you type into form fields. Microsoft receives this information and uses it under its own privacy statement (opens in a new tab).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers who work for us, under contract: our website host, our email delivery and automation services, and our customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Google and Microsoft, as described above
• our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
• a buyer or successor, if our business is ever sold or reorganized

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings, and use the Google opt-outs above. The site still works without cookies, though we will not be able to tell which ad brought you.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time: reply STOP to a text, reply to any of our emails, or call us.

We keep consultation requests for as long as we need them to respond to you, to keep records our license and the law require, and to resolve disputes, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

This site is for real estate professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first.
